Susan has a background in Commercial Litigation and has also worked in Local Government providing expert legal advice to Senior Managers and Councillors as well as managing a team of employment lawyers. Her considerable experience covers the full range of employment issues in the public, private and independent sectors where she has advised and represented both employers and employees.

Susan also has over 10 years experience of the voluntary sector having both managed and later Chaired a leading women’s voluntary sector charity dealing with Domestic Violence within the Asian Community.

Susan is of South Indian ancestry and has experience of working with a wide variety of cultures. She operates within a framework that recognises cultural differences and their importance in business and particularly in mediation and conflict resolution situations. She adopts a very inclusive, positive and solutions focused approach when mediating interpersonal, commercial, family and workplace disputes.

Susan is also a senior specialist UK Employment Lawyer. She was a UK Employment Judge for over 5 years until retiring from the Judiciary to expand her career as a Mediator and create and develop Eternal Alliances. She is a member of the Law Society Dispute Resolution Section.

Susan is also the Managing Partner of a busy GP practice in London employing 30 staff and serving 10,000 patients.

Susan is the CEO of Eternal Alliances. She is a visionary and entrepreneur with over 20 years legal, management and business experience. She is a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a multi-skilled and highly regarded professional committed to resolving conflict and causing effective leadership, wealth creation and extraordinary results within organisations, teams and families.

Being a Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner, Susan is also committed to empowering her clients to successfully and sustainably create wealth within their organisations, communities, and families. Avoiding conflict and litigation and the creation of strong relationships are an integral part of that process.
