Shirley Paul, Associate, GLEAMED LLP
Shirley is an Executive Director of Eternal Alliances. She is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and a strategic thinker with a background in system and process design engineering. Shirley is an effective consultant and facilitator with experience in the manufacturing, commercial and NHS sectors.
Shirley has 16 years experience in project and operational management in both the public and private sector. In addition to her Honours Degree in Manufacturing Systems she also has a Fellowship in Manufacturing Management from Cranfield University. Her proven ability to facilitate team working within disparate multi-professional groups is due to her well developed communication and interpersonal skills and ability to listen and learn from alternative perspectives in order to create common goals.
Shirley has worked in a variety of different organisations but has latterly focused on improving systems and maximising the performance of both small and larger teams of Health Care professionals within the NHS.
Shirley is of South Indian heritage and has experience of working with people from a wide variety of cultures.
Shirley has a particular focus on developing mediation within the health, family and community sectors.
